Elif Küpeli, MD, Professor

I was born on January 24, 1975, in Ankara. I completed my primary, middle, and high school education at TED Ankara College between 1982 and 1992.

In 1992, I entered Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1998. Between 1999 and 2003, I completed my specialization training in the Department of Pulmonology at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.

In 2000, I received training as an "observer doctor" for six months at the Cleveland Clinic in the United States, focusing on diagnostic and interventional bronchoscopy, lung transplantation, and sleep disorders.

Between 2004 and 2008, I worked as a specialist doctor at Private Mesa Hospital. In December 2008, I took my first step into academia at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pulmonology. I received the title of "Associate Professor" in 2012 and "Professor" in 2018.
