About Dr. Ayşe Elif Küpeli

I was born in Ankara on January 24, 1975. I completed my primary, secondary, and high school education at TED Ankara College between 1982 and 1992.

In 1992, I entered Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1998. Between 1999 and 2003, I completed my specialization training in the Department of Pulmonology at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. In 2000, I spent six months in the United States at the Cleveland Clinic as an “observer physician,” receiving training in diagnostic and interventional bronchoscopy, lung transplantation, and sleep disorders.

Between 2004 and 2008, I worked as a specialist physician at Private Mesa Hospital. In December 2008, I took my first step into academia at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pulmonology. I was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2012 and Professor in 2018.

  We have an online consultation system for patients who live out of town or want to get a second opinion with the tests they have before coming. This system aims to answer the questions of out-of-town or overseas patients via video call by leaving an examination period empty during the day.{...}
