CPAP is considered the most effective treatment option, especially in moderate to severe cases, as it directly addresses the mechanical cause of the condition. In addition, lifestyle modifications such as weight control, proper sleep positioning, and reducing alcohol and sedative use are important supportive measures that enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
