I am an active athlete but no matter how much sleep I got, I would wake up very tired in the morning. I met Elif Hoca, who is also an athlete, by chance during a training session and when I told her about my discomfort, she approached the subject very seriously and wanted to investigate my sleep problem. She said that I woke up 215 times during a night in the Başkent University sleep room and that I had a very poor sleep. She then referred me to the Neurology Department and as a result of the medication they applied, my sleep quality has increased a lot. I wake up very refreshed and calm in the mornings, I thank her very much.
